The Alice Springs Turf Club prides itself on tailoring hospitality packages to suit individual needs. Everyone wants something different at their raceday or non-raceday function, and the Turf Club and private catering staff go out of their way to accommodate everyone.

Facilities for Hire:

MEMBERS LOUNGE AND BALCONY

The upstairs Members Lounge and Balcony is available for functions. The members lounge is suitable for all functions and the outside upstairs Balcony area is the perfect venue for pre-dinner drinks whilst enjoying impressive sunsets that the MacDonnell Ranges have to offer, or to dance the night away with a live band. Seats approx’100 guests for a sit down meal or 150 for a cocktail type function.

Equipped with televisions and TAB facilities.
Non smoking venue inside the bar area.
Venue may not be available on race days.
No disabled access.
Basic venue hire charge: $275.00 including GST

THE DAVE FOGARTY PAVILION

The Dave Fogarty Pavilion is an open sided facility and holds the magnificence of the MacDonnell Ranges as its backdrop.

Seats approx 180 people for a sit down meal.
Ceiling fans
Equipped with televisions and TAB facilities
Venue may not be available on race days.
Basic venue hire charge: $220.00 including GST

GUINEAS BAR AND LAWN AREA

Tables, chairs and umbrellas can be set up on the lawns which allows guests to spill out onto the covered verandah or lawns. The Guineas Bar and lawn area is a very affordable option and a great inside / outside venue which also offers the spectacular views of the MacDonnell Ranges and the Racecourse.

Seats approx’75 guests for a sit down meal or 120 for a cocktail type function.
Air-conditioned.
Equipped with televisions and TAB facilities.
Non smoking venue inside the bar area.
Venue may not be available on race days.
Basic venue hire charge: $220.00 including GST

PRINCESS AMELIA (COMMITTEE ROOM)

The Princess Amelia Room is an intimate venue situated on ground level.The room is furnished with modern clublounges and tables and is the perfect setting for a relaxed small function or business meeting. This room also houses a board table, which seats 10 comfortably, has TAB facilities with televisions broadcasting commercial television, Sky Channel and TVN

Seats 10 comfortably for a meeting or approx 60 for cocktail type function.
Air-conditioned.
Equipped with televisions and TAB facilities.
Non smoking venue.
Venue may not be available on race days.
Basic venue hire charge: $110.00 including GST

CHILDRENS PLAYGROUND & LUSH LAWNS

Opened in December 2008, the playgorund is a dream come true for the Committee of the Alice Springs Turf Club. With something for all the kids, the playground is bright, colourful, fun and safe.

Why not have your childs next Birthday party at Pioneer Park. With the playground surrounded by lush green lawns, plenty of shade and a safe envoronemnt take the hassle out of your child's next party.

Venue may not be available on race days.

Basic venue hire charge: $110.00 including GST

There is also a disabled toilet on ground level and an ATM on course.
